AES email has wrong URL Links

Summary
Autonomic Event Services (AES) email has wrong URL Links.
It has been observed that the links in the AES weekly details scorecard are wrong.
They point to User TENV2 (test) enviornment. This could be due to the fact that they copied the DB from TEST to PROD.
However, in production they set the Public Link URL on the DSS. That does not seem to matter. The Public Link URL on the System > Settings page is blank.
They thought that both of those would have or share the same value.
Error Messages
No error message. The URLs are incorrect.
Steps to Reproduce
Email the weekly scorecard.
Root Cause
The root cause is the URL in emails is coming from class PegaAES-Data-AESSettings.
There is a field in the record called AES Server URL.
There the URL wsa set to test environment URL.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Add the production URL in the AES server URL field of class PegaAES-Data-AESSettings instance.
