Assignment Instruction field is blank after Bulk Transfer

Root Cause
On a Bulk Transfer action, the reAssignPage is populated on the Clipboard with an empty pyInstructions property.
At Step 7 of the pyReassignAssignment activity, the pyInstrutions property is set to 'reAssignPage.pyInstructions' which is null. Therefore, instructions are not set. Hence, assignment instructions are not exhibited after the Bulk Transfer is completed.
Resolution
This feature is implemented in Pega Platform 8.2.6.
