Attachment File Size and Type validation incorrect in mobile

SA-31180

Summary

The attachment file size and type validation is not configured correctly for mmobil..

The attachment size validation has been implemented by out of the box System Setting “pyMaxDragDropAttachSizeMB”, which is used for restriction of Maximum size, in MB, of a file attached via the Multi Drag/Drop Attachments control or through select files.  Validation of attached file is working fine on desktop but its not working in mobile.

The file type validation is implemented by a trigger in class “Data-WorkAttach-File” on Saved and its working fine on desktop. On mobile the validation is happening and the file is not attached but incorrectly seeing the “File attached sussessfully” message.

Root Cause

In Mobile, the attachment size validation does not use pyMaxDragDropAttachSizeMB System setting.

The attachment validation issue in mobile is due to a bug where the check for Page errors was missing and thus sending out the 'Success' message.
