Cannot submit datetime type value

Summary
Though user selects a valid date time value from date picker, validation message pops up and hence user is not able to submit case using iPhone mobile.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Add a DateTime control (Configuration must use native control option) in section.
2. Open iPhone (Make sure the iPhone is set to Chinese simplified language).
3. Launch Safari browser.
4. Open Pega 7 and login.
5. Select date time from native control.
6. Submit the case.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules : The AM and PM in the dates were not converted to locale specific texts in native date time control.
Resolution
Apply HFix-40563.
