Correspondence rules automatically add <br/> and

Summary
When you create a correspondence rule and save or preview the rule, the system adds an extra <br /> and &nsbp (HTML break and space) tags into the source code.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create an email correspondence rule with multi-line text and simple formatting.
- Save the rule.
- Click options and preview.
- Close the rule and reopen it.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is that the RULE-UTILITY-FUNCTION PZCONTROL PZGENERATERICHTEXTEDITOR adds the <br /> tag and  .
Resolution
This issue is resolved by hotfix item HFix-20165.
