Summary
After personalizing the dashboard for an application, the personalization appears in multiple appliation that use has access to.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Enable dashboard personalization by associating operator with pxDashboard privilege
2. Create an application framework with an extended implementation layer
3. Open the pyCaseManager7 portal and personalize dashboard in implementation layer
4. Switch to framework layer and open the pyCaseManager7 portal and observe that the dashboard is personalized the same way the implementation layer was personalized
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
1. Remove Pega UI-Kit-7 from the application list if it is present.
2. while loading user portal, call data transform (DT) rule ‘pxUserDashboardPrepareDisplay’ and pass a unique value for ‘UserDashboardCategory’ parameter. Call DT rule from a navigation rule while portal is loaded.
