Delete work objects in bulk

Summary
Is there a way to delete all cases, both open and resolved, in a system?
Resolution
Perform the following local-change, understanding that the Purge/Archive wizards work only on Resolved cases:
- Update all cases to be Resolved, based on a report that allows you to select certain cases or all cases.
- Run the Purge/Archive wizards to remove them.
- Reset the sequence number to zero so that the first new case is set to 1.
