Directed Web Access does not show Signature Control
Summary
When the signature control is used on a section, and this section is displayed to a user through Directed Web Access (DWA).
In the external assignment the Signature Control is not rendered.
Error Messages
Not Applicable.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Include a signature control in a section which is referred in a FA used in External Assignment.
2. Send a link to the user using DWA which shows the section.
3. Signature control is not getting displayed properly.
Root Cause
This is a restriction in DWA.
Resolution
If the flow action is modified, the URL for the external assignment must be static-not generated or altered by JavaScript or other processing at runtime. Because of this restriction, the flow action cannot use AJAX, dynamic select, or SmartPrompt.
