Error occurs when using the pxChangeStage to move a case to the Resolution stage in a case type and using the 'Delete open assignments upon resolution' option.

Steps to Reproduce
Invoke the pxChangeStage to move to the Resolution stage.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
The pzProcessResolutionStage invoked the removeAssignment in the ProCom flow library. This caused issues when an empty Assignment page was encountered.
Resolution
Apply HFix-51413.
