Error when running an automation with Debugging option

Summary
The user cannot run any automations from Visual Studio 2015 with the OpenSpan Plug-In (v1024) in debugging mode. Running an automation in debugging mode will produce a pop-up error message on any project the first time, on subsequent attempts there is no popup message, however a different error appears in the Output window. The automation will run fine if NOT in debugging mode.
He has the same setup as three other developers who do NOT have the same issue, except that his computer is running French windows, while the rest of us are English.
Error Messages
Popup Error Message :
Attaching the Pega Robotics Debug Engine debugger to process '[1640] SunlifeStockPrice_Debug.OpenSpan' on machine 'CANA007BIS' failed. An error relating to remoting occurred.
Output Error Message :
The program '[16340] ServiceNowAdapter_Debug.OpenSpan: Pega Robotics Runtime' has exited with code 0 (0x0).
Steps to Reproduce
Create automation in visual studio 2015 (with open span plugin)
Form the menu in Visual Studio click on Debug > Start Debugging
... error message happens ...
Root Cause
A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment: Studio is not being run with elevated privileges
Resolution
Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior: Run Studio as Administrator solves the issue. We recommend to always run Studio as Administrator for development environments. Privilege level for Studio can be set in the properties, so that Studio be automatically run as administrator when launched.
