Footer Misalignment in pdf for Chinese Traditional

Summary
We are using Out of the Box "HTMLToPDF "activity to generate PDF for a HTMLStream rule.
For Chinese Traditional, in the pdf generated the footer is misaligned. The alignment was proper in the mail and UI.

Steps to Reproduce
create a pdf generation activity
Pass the html stream rule for htmltopdf conversion
Run the activity
Place the multiple   one after other without any text in between in the HTML to adjust the spacing.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is software use/operation error(using @ndbp in the HTML to adjust space as per their design)
Resolution
The explanation for this behavior is as follows:
Use table(<tr>, <td> )tags and <br> tags for space management in HTML.
