How to expose flows as SOAP Services

SA-13370

Summary

How to expose existing flows as SOAP Services?

Resolution

Here’s how to expose existing flows as SOAP Services:

Option 1: Use the Service Accelerator. See https://pdn.pega.com/integration/create-services-with-the-service-accelerator
This legacy article for an earlier release of the Pega Platform is still valid for later product releases.

Option 2: Use the starting flow. Click Flow rule > Design > Publish.
You can use this option on PRPC 6.x and Pega 7.x releases.
This creates a headless BPM- or BRE-type implementation.
You can also click the Generate Services button to start the Services Wizard, which allows you to create WSDL for a flow or activity.
