In IE, Right align of Cell Props in Repeat Grid is not working

Summary
In Internet Explorer right align of Cell Properties in Repeating Grid is not working.
It always align to left hand side with Pega 7.2.2.

Steps to Reproduce
Create a repeating grid with some control format for few columns.
Root Cause
Design Configuration issue. If control formats are used, styles needs to be specified in the Controls.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change steps:
- Go to Skin > Components > Controls > Text Inputs & Formatted Text.
- Add below attributes:Text-align: right and Display: Block, so that that grid column aligns properly.
