Issue with Pegarules keyring file generation

Summary
User followed the instructions specified in the below PDN link to generate the keyring file (encrypt passwords for database). Getting an error message as below.

ERROR MESSAGE
Error initializing PRAppLoader
[java] java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.pega.pegarules.internal.bootstrap.phase2.PRBootstrapImpl
Resolution
This issue is resolved by making the following change -
Suggested user to also enable DB connection properties in prbootstrap.properties before running the runPega script and that worked in generating a pegarules.keyring file successfully.
