Steps to Reproduce



Create a Service call with a custom SOAP Header.

Root Cause



The SOAP Connect rule is implemented using a SOAP header without a namespace.

Resolution



Specify the Dynamic System Setting:
Owning ruleset: Pega-IntegrationEngine
Purpose: DisableMustunderstandHeader
Value: true
