Narrative field 76 not working on MT196 (non GPI)

Summary
Validation for Field 76 (SWIFT76) prevents existing existing SWIFT standard message formation for normal templates (in a non-Global Payments Innovation (GPI) scenario). It is not permissible to send a narrative in F76. However, the existing validation message displays. The application validation rules must adhere to the standard to support both GPI and non GPI. Currently, the application does not support a pure narrative portion of the SWIFT standard for non-GPI normal MT196 message.
