SA-99982

Summary

Selecting the 'Clear pages after non-use' checkbox does not remove the data page when threads do not reference the data page.

Error Messages

Not Applicable

Steps to Reproduce

  1. For a Requestor level Editable data page, select the ‘Clear pages after non-use’ checkbox.

  2. Invoke the data page from a work object. Ensure that the data page is on the Clipboard.
  3. Close the work object.
  4. Reload the Clipboard. The data page is still present on the clipboard.

Expected Result: The data page must not be on the Clipboard since no threads reference the data page.

Root Cause

The 'Clear pages after non-use' option is not supported for data pages that can be edited or saved. The option is displayed incorrectly on the UI for these data pages.

Resolution

An enhancement request, FDBK-65872, is created for consideration by Pega Product Management.

BUG-539664 is raised such that the 'Clear pages after non-use' option does not display on the UI for the data pages.
