Notes are not autopopulated in attach a screenshot section

Summary
In Attach a Screenshot functionality from ‘Other Actions’, when a screen is selected from Window Name list box, Screen Name is auto populating in Note Text Box below the Window Name List Box in PRPC 6.2.
Whereas in Pega 7.1.9, when a screen is selected its Name is NOT auto populating in the Note Text Box.

Steps to Reproduce
Refer "AttachmentHTML" section in any of the Flow actions.
Root Cause
A defect in "AttachmentHTML" section.
This is a non-auto generated section and syntax like document.all was not compatible with latest browsers.
Resolution
Apply HFix-34783.
