The Pega API won't create temporary cases

Summary
Even though the flow rule specifies "temporary object", the Pega API ignores that setting and creates a work ID.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a flow with "temporary object" specified.
- Use the Pega API landing page to instantiate the flow.
- Observe that a work ID is generated.
Root Cause
This is a Pega code defect that will be addressed in a future release.
Resolution
For release 7.2.2, use the Pega API only for flows that do not specify "temporary object". For the flows needing temporary objects, run the flow another way, such as the "actions" menu on the flow or the "new object" menu item on the portal.
