Summary
PRRuntimeException occurs and the section does not render on the portal.
Error Messages
Caused by: com.pega.pegarules.pub.PRRuntimeException: Error including section 'renderSection' on page 'pyWorkPage' of class 'OHFWTR-DataUseC-Work-InfiniteLoopSection'.
at com.pega.pegarules.session.internal.mgmt.autostreams.AutoStreamRuleRuntime.getSectionStream(AutoStreamRuleRuntime.java:158)
Steps to Reproduce
- Add a link in a section.
- onClick of the link launch a flow action.
- Include a section in the flow action.
- Configure the section as unavailable before running the case.
- Run the case. A blank screen displays when the link is clicked.
Root Cause
The section that must be rendered on the portal was unavailable to that particular ruleset. Hence, the ruleset displayed the exception since it could not include the section.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Log off and log in to the application such that all the rules are available to the ruleset before the portal is launched.
