Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
The dataflows for thr two queue processors were created when the Requestor type pointed to the incorrect access group.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
- Delete the Run options.
- Toggle between the access groups in the Requestor type.
