'Refresh when active' setting does not work.

Steps to Reproduce
- Configure a chart in the home page
- Configure a property to retrieve data from a data page about the chart
- Create a new Interaction
- Complete the interaction and get back to home screen. The updated data does not display
Root Cause
The load strategy for the data page is not configured. The home screen should be refreshed explicitly as the section is present in Document Object Model (DOM).
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:- Set the refresh strategy for the data page as load per Interaction
- Configure a refresh button on the home screen to refresh the screen since the section is already present in DOM
