Report Links and buttons are inactive in Internet Explorer 11

SA-21114

Summary

A report definition was opened with links enabled in report viewer. These links include Summarize, Export to Excel, Export to PDF, Edit Report, and so on. These links do not work after running report from portal.

Error Messages

Not Applicable

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a report definition, and run the report in portal.
2. Click on Summarize or Export to Excel.

Root Cause

A software use or operation error:
  • In report viewer, header title DIV overlaps the DIV containing the buttons and links.
  • In CSS, .yui-layout-unit-top style class was set to height:111px !important, which is taking precedence over out-of-the-box generated style that is height:50px.

Resolution

Remove the style .yui-layout-unit-top (height:111px !important) from user work form.
