Scroll bar not appearing



When we create a lengthy article using knowledge management and viewed by the end user, the scroll bar is disabled. Problem occurs only in IE browser.

Steps to Reproduce

Using IE as browser, login as end user or manager and search for the article and open it.  Window appears sans scrollbar.

Root Cause

Disabled resizable and scroll bar options for modal window.


Local change for modal window configurations restores scroll bar in generated modal window.
