Static Content Cleaner does not work correctly

Summary
The size of file system in the internal nodes increases and the agent does not clear the static content folder.
Old files and folders are present in the system despite configuring the schedule to run every 30 minutes. As a result, the file system occupies almost 98% of the allocated space.

Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
The static content directory and size of the folders are checked. Folders older than 3 months since they were last accessed or created exist in the file system. The pr_sysgen_staticcontent has 92K records.
Resolution
An enhancement request, FDBK-18604, is created for consideration by Pega Product Management.
