Summary
Unable to add skill or workbasket in the Operator record for PRPC 6.2 SP2 when the browser is Internet Explorer 11.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Open any Operator record in Internet Explorer 11.
2. Try to add a workbasket or skill.
Root Cause
Designer Studio in any release of PRPC 6 is not supported in Internet Explorer 11.
Resolution
Upgrade to the latest release of the Pega 7 Platform.
As an alternative to upgrading to the Pega 7 Platform, set Internet Explorer 11 to Compatibility Mode (sometimes called Compatibility View) to enable Internet Explorer 8 emulation.
