Unable to change format of output items in report definition

Summary
Decimal column property values are always displayed with 4 digits in report definition.
The requiremnt is to display the decimal values in a different format for the same column data value.
For example, if pxCreateDatetime="xxxx" then the requirement is to display decimal property value like 55.63 or 55.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a decimal property and provide the input for the property
- Configure the decimal property column on a report definition
- Run the report and confirm the decimal values always displayed with 4 digits
Root Cause
A software use or operation error.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:Update the column format as 'pxDisplayText" and Decimal Places based on the user's business requirement.
There is no possibility to display the different display format for the column data in a single report. Hence, add a When rule to update the condition and save as the report definition to change the display format of the column data.
