1. Run the Application Express wizard.
2. Click Create Application button.

Root Cause

An issue in the custom application code or rules.

Resolution

This issue is resolved through the following local-change:

Open the rulesets that contain errors and change the validation mode from Ruleset Validation to Application Validation.
