Unable to expand/collapse pxTextArea in read only repeat grid

Summary
Current autogenerated pxTextArea control does not allow contecnt to expand/collapse if placed into a read only grid while the edit mode set to Auto. It will only allow for this, when it is editable.
The older deprecated TextAreaWithExpand control will allow you to expand/collapse in the same context.

Steps to Reproduce
- Place a TextArea control in a read only grid.
- Have the edit mode of the control set to auto.
Root Cause
This issue was determined to be a product enhancement request.
Resolution
An enhancement request, FDBK-18606, has been created for consideration by Pega Product Management.
