Steps to Reproduce
Unknown
Root Cause
A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment.
When the ShowSelectedPortal and TracerOptionsAvailable activities were originally assembled, database connection issues occurred. Hence, the MethodShowHtml and MethodPropertySetSpecial classes were not read from the database. Therefore, the activity rules were incorrectly assembled.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change: Force recompile the two activity rules by following the below steps:
- Navigate to the System Management Application (SMA) > Advanced > Virtual Rule Table Cache Management.
- Enter the following values in the below fields:
Rule Class: Rule-Obj-Activity
Instance Name: !TracerOptionsAvailable - Click the 'Lookup Virtual Table Cache Detail' button to lookup the activity.
- Click the 'Reassemble Candidates' button
- Perform the same steps for Rule-Obj-Activity!ShowSelectedPortal.
