Steps to Reproduce
Open a work object in the Developer portal.
Root Cause
Tracing the open process displayed the below error:
Work object ORG-WORK TAX-81260 is not covered by ORG-WORK GTP-47627
The TAX-81260 work object had a pxCoverInsKey of ORG-WORK GTP-47627. However, GTP-47627 did not have TAX-81260 listed as one of its pxCoveredInsKeys.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
- Write an activity to perform an Obj-Open-by-Handle of TAX-81260.
- Remove the pxCoverInsKey value and save it.
The two cases are not linked. Use the AddToCover activity to re-add the child work object to the cover case.
