Anyone can use Pega GenAI Blueprint! It's a SaaS product that is freely available on Pega.com. Users must be logged in to Pega.com using Pega Community credentials to see their Pega GenAI Blueprint dashboard.
To provide a starting point for your application design, Pega GenAI Blueprint leverages the descriptions entered throughout the process and sends them to our GenAI to generate components such as Case Lifecyles, Case Types, and Personas.
Blueprints will not be shared across clients or users. Pega will not take Blueprint information to enhance future Product releases. Ownership is maintained by the person who entered it.
Pega complies with all global regulations for data privacy. No personal or organization identification data will be sent to GenAI subproviders. Only anonymized descriptions of your processes are used by generative AI models to create templatized designs on your behalf. No data is shared across users or organizations.
