Inclusive Design: A path to an inclusive, accessible user experience

As application authors and designers, we often generate and evaluate ideas based upon what we know and what we like. This approach may take care of users who are like us but may not address the broader, diverse needs of all the users of our application. We need to think of human diversity as a resource, and not just a responsibility. Identifying points of potential exclusion is an opportunity to identify new solutions and creates a path for our product to reach a larger audience. A good design is not only something which looks good, but also makes one feel good when they use it. This webinar will discuss inclusive design and its benefits, including accessibility. We will also show inclusive design in practice at Pega.
