Adobe Campaign Classic Blueprint

Pega Customer Decision Hub acts as the center for customer interactions and makes decisions in real-time by evaluating customer eligibility and relevance. Outbound messages are compiled by selecting a template and setting experiences and content. These can then be sent to Adobe Campaign Classic to send out in conventional marketing campaigns. To transmit decision data and interaction history, a standard data model, data structure, and file structure must be established between Pega Customer Decision Hub and Adobe Campaign Classic.
