Cognizant presents Assurance 360, a TM Forum aligned Pega AI solution that monitors real time events from NOCs and proactively attempts to auto resolve and engage with customers to minimize service disruption impacts. Pega AI reads through the raw network telemetry data to analyze distress signals, and auto create incidents. The incident workflow is automated to make necessary service calls to auto resolve, for example a refresh or a reboot of the device. When auto resolution fails, the best skilled and closest technician to device area is assigned to attend within the defined SLAs. The solution ensures, not only that impacted customers are proactively notified, but also they are greeted with proper messaging and presented mitigation offers when they call the customer care. Cognizant's Assurance 360 will help organizations realize their goals for Zero Touch Journeys and driving Next Intelligent Actions.
