Pega Promotexter Component

Pega alone does not have the capability to send messages (email, SMS, etc.) to a large group of customers. But in Pega applications, message blasters like Promotexter need to send messages to a huge number of customers at a time.

The Pega Promotexter component allows Pega applications to easily connect with Promotexter APIs, making the application capable of sending messages to a large group of customers. It also drastically reduces development time and effort. In most of the Pega marketing projects, the client wants to track the outcome of the already-sent messages. This component can help to easily store the message outcome (e.g., bounced, impression, clicked, etc.) in the interaction history table.
