Summary

Following an upgrade from PRPC 6.2 to Pega 7.1.8, the guardrail warning justifications are not maintained.

Steps to Reproduce

1. On PRPC 6.2 SP2 create a rule that has a warning where this particular warning is NOT present in Pega 7.1.8.
2. Create an export RAP, and install on a Pega 7.1.8 system.
3. The warning remains, but the justification is gone.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. Justifications are not maintained.

Resolution

Apply HFix-23615.
