Summary
Output template does not work with new file name. The issue occurs after moving the modified (added new column) file output template with a new filename to a higher environment when Pega Marketing 7.22 is installed on Pega 7.22. The output template starts working when the name is reverted to the older name.

Steps to Reproduce
- Modify the file output template
- Change the filename
- Save the higher ruleset version
- Move the rule to a higher environment
Root Cause
A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment. This issue occurs when data instances of PegaMKT-Data-Outbound-TemplateRun-File are not moved along with the file template rule.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Verify if the respective data instances (PegaMKT-Data-Outbound-TemplateRun-File) are moved along with the file template rule. If not, move the respective data instances of both classes RULE-OBJ-TEMPLATE and PegaMKT-Data-Outbound-TemplateRun-File.
