Alignment issue for number text in Excel

Summary
In Excel, the row containing text is aligned to the left and the row with numbers is aligned to the right.

Steps to Reproduce
- In a report definition, configure Export to Excel for the Actions menu in the Data Access tab.
- Export data which has a column of property type Text.
- For this column, populate one row with a number and the second row with text (for example, xyz).
- Export to Excel.
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules.
When the data type of the property is of text, the Export to Excel converted the text to number type by parsing it.
Resolution
Apply HFix-53837.
