Summary



Encountered NonexistentTableException during data upgrade while upgrading from PRPC 6.2 to Pega 7.1.9.


Error Messages



ERROR - Caught exception while retrieving Data-Admin-Requestor instance "prpc!BATCH"
[java] com.pega.pegarules.pub.database.NonexistentTableException: Database-TableWithNoColumns RULES_ADMIN.pr4_rule_property PegaRULES


Steps to Reproduce



Run data upgrade for Pega 7.1.9

Root Cause



A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment: Database synonyms were preventing Pega engine access to the correct schema objects.

Resolution



Make the following change to the operating environment: Drop all synonyms.
