Blank lines are seen in a WordMerge document when properties are null.

Steps to Reproduce
Use WordMerge and have some properties with no value
Root Cause
The carriage return line feeds are already part of the template. WordMerge has no capability to modify the Word template outside of the field codes. It will simply replace the field codes with the values returned.
One can turn on the hidden markup inspector in Word and understand why.
Another use case, where it is clear WordMerge (Pega) would have no right to modify the document, is if there are "captions" for each field. It would not make sense for WordMerge to assume it should remove the "Prop 1" caption just because there is no value returned. The same reasoning would apply for the line breaks.
