Summary

Out-of-the-box Standard Worklink correspondence fragment is used in emails generated from application to open a workitem from email. An error occurs when this worklink from email is clicked.

Steps to Reproduce

Use worklink in correspondence rules and check through emails.

Root Cause

Incorrect URL is formed because PRServletCustom authentication is used. The base worklink URL does not pick PRservletCustom in the URL.

Resolution

Append PRSevletCustom in the URL before the question mark in the anchor tag of worklink correspondence fragment rule, and save it.
