Workbasket is not automatically refreshed

Summary
The user has configured a custom portal to display Workbasket with WO items on login. Work basket is not getting refreshed after WO opens in a separate thread and resolves. System throws error when we user clicks on same WO link in Work Basket.
Error Messages
Unable to open an instance using the given inputs
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a custom portal.And open a WO from a WB, such that it launches in separate thread .
- Resolve the case , and close the WO thread
- Check that WB, still holds that WO.
Root Cause
This is an expected behaviour. Until an explicity refresh is done on the WB screen, WO still appears to be present in the WB.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
- Open the section, where the WO's in the WB's are present
- Open the dynamic layout properties
- Configure the refresh condition as below :
This refresh condition, refreshes the WB screen, for every change of pxUpdateDateTime in Declare_pzRecentsCache .
