Some of the connectors are not appearing in the flow rule

Summary



The user has upgraded their application from PRPC 6 to Pega 7 and after upgrade the flow rule was broken. Some of the connectors are not appearing in the flow rule. But the functionality is working fine. Now user have a requirement to update the flow rule. When they try to connect the missing connectors it’s throwing an error.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Upgrade the application from PRPC 6 to Pega 7.
  2. Open a flow rule and check the connectors.


Root Cause



A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules . Issue occurs because of corrupted Decision Tree rule Data-MO-Connector-Transition.pyBuildLabel.
