Overview
The “Zip and Protect” has been built to compress and password-protect any attachments which is part of the Pega application. The solution is scalable and can be used anywhere within the application. Provides the ability to provide a dynamic name and password to the compressed file created. The solution can also be extended as per the business requirement. Advantages: ✓ Protect your documents from unauthorized access. ✓ Sending documents over email is now easy. Instead of sending multiple attachments, send the encrypted Zipped file containing all your documents. ✓ Use our functionality directly from a smart shape. ✓ Highly scalable based upon business requirements.

- Compatible with Pega Versions 8.x and higher
- Compress (Zip) attachments within Work Objects.
- Available smart shape which can be embedded into a flow to compress and protect the uploaded documents within a case.
- Option to send the Zip file created along with the Password via separate emails
- Option to delete existing documents and attach only the compressed (Zip) document to the case
