Rich Text editor doesn't hold the styles copied from Word

Summary
After upgrade to Pega 7.1.9, Rich Text editor (RTE) does not hold the styles copied from Microsoft Word for Pega Customer Service for Healthcare 7.1.3.

Steps to Reproduce
- Configure a basic RTE control in a section.
- Try typing some content with Arial16 px as this is the default in Rich Text Editor.
- Paste same from MS word into the RTE and observe font size differences and font changing to Italic by default.
Root Cause
User configuration. User was using basic RTE configuration.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
In Toolbar options enable copy or paste which would enable copy from word options in RTE:
