Summary
Data import by Interaction History import shapes is inconsistent. This occurs when there are multiple shapes in the strategy.
For example, in the below strategy, LH1 and LH2 are identical but only LH2 is returns data during testing.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a strategy with multiple Interaction History import shapes that use the same criteria
- Test the strategy. Some of the import shapes return data, while others do not
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-42483.
