Unable to upload application to Google Play Store.
The user configuration has following applications:
- Mashup SDK API
- A dependency, 'com.pega:authentication:7.22.5.0', in the gradle file which uses SQLCipher, which in turn uses OpenSSL

Steps to Reproduce
Upload an application to Google Play Store.
Root Cause
Not Applicable.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:Install the latest release of Mobile SDK in version 7.40.3.7, which has the SQLCipher version 3.5.9.
