Radio buttons on complex question misbehave on smartphone

Summary
When a radio button on a particular row is clicked, the radio button in the top row is selected instead of the row that is originally clicked. The radio button IDs are not unique.
However, when the radio button control is added directly to the grid, it generates unique IDs and the radio button click works correctly.

Steps to Reproduce
- Add a radio button control to a section
- Include that section in a repeat grid.
- Click a radio button in a row. The radio button in the first row is selected.
ROOT CAUSE
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
The generated radio button controls do not have unique IDs when the controls are included in a section and which included in a grid.
Resolution
Apply HFix-45307.
