1. Naviagte to Reason Code screen.
2. Select RC 4808.

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is a defect in custom application code or rules. The functionality works as designed, and it does not require a hotfix.

Resolution

A local-change has to be made in the implementation layer of custom code to bypass the current implementation. VerballyAttest functionality is included in the flow RegEFlow rule. Perform either of the following local-changes.

• Update the flow to remove the Verbally attest functionality. 
• Update the VerballyAttest flow to make the necessary changes.
